Born in December 10th, 1968, Murat Türkili began his design career in Beymen while studying Industrial Design in Middle East Technical University. 

Having earned the renowned Academia Young Talent Award early in his career, Türkili created and launched Academia, a brand with design as a key part of its DNA.

With his multidisciplinary approach and creative vision, Türkili served as Beymen's Creative Director and led a variety of key processes ranging from collection design to visual merchandising, store & display design. Throughout his profession, he created and established the brand DNAs of Academia, Beymen Collection and Beymen Club.

Today, he continues his journey as a creative catalyst, breathing a notion of self into projects he is involved in, bringing together tangible and non tangible aspects and turning them into meaningful stories.
